Hi, i came across motzkin’s ad and visited their office in HSR. They seems promising but this is their first project in bangalore. I couldn’t find much info about this company. Can anyone help me?

Details i got:

–It will take 2-3 yrs to complete

–smallest rowhouse will cost us 80+ lacs.

–very small project, delhi based company, the say “they are selling lifestyle, not house”, though i didn’t completely agree with that, without seeing any of their projects.

–location seems promising.

please note this is not villa, this is a row house, with common walls.
