Yes, it recently got the BDA approval, I have booked the plot no 61 with them. Things are nice till now, they have a project on near the airport, you can visit the place to check the quality of development they offer. Company claims to complete the development in next 9 months or so. Once you get in to the agreement you are welcome to join owners group on commonfloor.

I went through legal scrutiny. Lawyer asked couple of more documents. Thanks to Millennia group, they gave me all required documents sincerely on time. Now legally it is cleared. So far the interaction with Millennia is very smooth. I am going to execute agreement shortly. My opinion is that the layout development is going slowly than expected.
