I am new to Bangalore and have recently begun my survey and search for residential site in North Bangalore area, before airport. I plan to construct my own house in next 4-5 years time. My budget for site is Max: Rs 1200-1500 per sq feet.

(a)   What localities would you recommend where Khata-A sites can be available as part of new projects, with scope of social/ infrastructure development in next 4-5 year time.

I have found most of Jalahalli, Shettyhalli, Abbigere, Yelhanka etc are having Khata-B sites only- 450 per sq ft to 1500 per sq feet range ?

(b)   I seek opinion about sites projects on Doddaballapur Road and near-by areas?
