I didn’t get any answers …I have checked with one of friend he says it is better to invest money in good projects in Bangalore than investing in remote locations.

All projects are in hill and some of in very far villages not a use buying from this company all projects or worth less in same villages you will get the open land with good price instead of going with this company buy directly from land owners. It will be very less and you will get more land in same price. They advertise like a diamond it’s not a worth of metal.

Please do not look in to from money angle. In village you will get fresh air, water etc., which you can’t get in Bangalore.  Bangalore has become a dirty and polluted city because of  increased population and no civic awareness among citizens especially money minded people. They pay meager taxes and say they only pay tax and obey traffic rules.

If you want to invest money, please invest in remote areas for very long term (for 10 to 20 years) purpose and you can get peace and health in your old age.
