House in priyadarshini layout- Devasandra (K R Puram)

Hi, I am planning to purchase a resale house in priyadarshini layout located in Devasandra near K R puram. I came to know that there is some litigation and case registered on the entire layout. Please letme know if it will be right choice to move forward in this locality. and also what will be the pr4oblems encountered?

Hi Bhuvanesh, please get the property documents verified with a couple of legal experts. Though its true properties near Devasandra/Aiyyappanagar are under some litigation the same may or may not hold true for the house you are interested in.
Locality wise I think the Railway Over Bridge at Hoodi junction will ease connectivity to ITPL/EPIP areas however the narrow Devasandra road will be a bottle neck for sure in the future as more people will use this road after the ROB is completed. Also I saw some cauvery pipe line work going on early last year so though the supply might still be a question mark the connection is a good sign.
