Shriram Hamsadhwani – is this a good investment

Has anyone booked a plot in Shriram Hamsadhwani that is coming up on Attibele Anekal road. I visited their property recently and they are quoting 1400 psft. Has anyone legally verified the papers. with the proposed STTR, this looks like a good investment to me..

I am also interested in this property, Next week planing for a site visit. Any good project on this area or chandrapura area to look into ?

I visited the site on Saturday, Not all development is done it will take more than one year to registration but will give an option for home loan
