Between Electronic City and Sarjapura Road

0

Hi,

I am new to Bangalore and wanted some opinion between what is a better place for buying a 2 bhk flat in terms of locality/connectivity/appreciation – Electronic City or Sarjapura Road?

We plan to live there initially and then rent it out. Which place will it be easier to find tenants for us? Is there a third area in Bangalore we should consider as my husband works in Electronic ciy and I work in Marathalli.

Hi

The HSR Layout , Bomanahalli , Kodichikkanahalli , Begur Road , Vijaya Bank Colony is the best options

Hi ,

I would suggest Electronic City. It has a lot of projects coming up and you can easily find tenants there. Electronic City also has good connectivity to all parts of the city. The area will see good appreciation in future as the biggest mall and metro connectivity will come in future.

Hi,

You said husband is working in E-city & u in sarjapur Rd, & u would live ther for some time. & after that rent it out. It might be the same case for tenants in future. with that in mind I suggests you the location in between sarjapur road & electronic city called Haralur road. There are many apartment properties from reputed builder like prestige, sobha, purva, ferns builders RBD stillwaters, SJR bluewaters…..few villa properties. I visited most of the prop in that location & I preferred RBD stillwaters because of trafficless layout 500 fly in 25 acre. check out.RBD stillwaters by RBD shelters.com. am attaching the location map sent by sales guys.

the prices they were quoting 3900 year back , nw i enquired said 4200 psft. for me this location seems to be very promising 3-4 years & the rent for 3bhk is 20-25 k in the surroundings. the floor plans are nice. also I saw this prop in NDTV best prop in Bangalore South east. they saying this location is fast growing in Bng giving 20% appreciation P.a basis.
