I’m keen to know the potential for Hennur. What is the right price in terms of SFT rate I should expect to pay for buying a 3BHK 2000 SFT flat in the Hennur area. What could be the price in 4yrs ( 2018 Mid)

There is great potential in Hennur as it is located in North Bangalore.

Tech Parks near-by will act as a catalyst for a great returns on investment

Rental Potential will increase because of its connectivity to Hebbal, Whitefield & KR Puram

Right now the per sft price in Hennur is Rs. 3800 /sft and its rate of increase is 18 % y-o-y
