Prisha Property is one of the best project from Golden Gate Properties. Most of their projects come up with more amenities and great location. Investing with them is extremely good value for money.
I have invested as buyback. I am struggling last 2 years to get back my money. They are big cheaters ….If you go to there office from MD to office boy will start telling story that they have not got salary last 6 months. What they have issued the postdated cheques got bounced and still they have not paid me.
This property looks nice. I will have to check out the location to know more.

I’d like to know if anyone could throw some light on Prisha Properties. They have some apartments for sale in Bangalore that provide many eco-friendly measures and features. I’m keen on purchasing one of them. Can anyone give me more information?
Very misleading company. They Quote Rs. 1,800 as the price/Sq.ft in the ads in media. In reality it is Rs. 2,200 for intermediate site. they charge development charges & other things separately. Moreover the location is not so great. Not worth. Also lot of negative reviews about the delays and the unsatisfactory work status about the developer by the earlier buyers.

They are cheat trying to con people and the project has started in dec 2010 and still in the process of getting approval.
