I’m looking at taking a home loan & investing around 50 lakhs in an apartment, not for living but purely for investment purpose.
Which area in Bangalore would offer the best return on investment?
Should I look at flats or row houses or just plots?
Is it better to buy a pre launch/ new flat or an existing one (less than 10 yrs old)?
Does it make sense to buy an apartment with amenities (club house, pool, etc) though it is expensive?

Hi,
Open sites are any day better as it reaps a better investment than plots in a gated community.
Apartments compared to both a open site or a plot in a gated community has 50-50% chance of appreciating more and faster than the later.
Row houses is a good investment but for settling down not for seeking returns apart from rental value.
But individual houses holds the strength of both an open site and an individual house which can fetch more returns to your investment.
