I am looking to invest in a property around E-City/Anekal. I visited the Upkar Springfields in Hosur road.

THey have few BMRDA approved plots left and also few DC Converted plots. Is it fine to buy DC Converted plots, In that case what all should be considered.

Both these plots are within the same layout. How can approval be got for few plots and not got for few? Also what are the chances the BMRDA Approval is denied/not possible for DC Converted plots within the layout.
