I am looking to buy a 2 BHK apartment in Elite Grandeur (Ashraya Properties) near Vijaya Bank Layout. This is a ready to move in property with all the modern amenities. Can you please suggest if you have an opinion around it.

Did you finally book the Elite Granduer ? How is your feedback/reviews about this project. I am going to book a Aasharaya Onyx which is very close to Elite Granduer.
