Though some may say its not that significant a requirement, it’s not ok. If they still persist that its ok, kindly check the documents once again and take reviews from other flat/apartment owner to know about the owners/contractors/builders behavior and authenticity.

Without O.C you will face issues with getting water connection, legality of building itself will have to be questioned, the contractors can sell the same flat to another individual, o.c help the micg officials to check if the building is as per their approved drawings etc…

In short do not buy!!
