DS Max “Sangam” – builder reputation and quality of projects

I am a resident of Bangalore and have booked an apartment with the builders recently. A day later, I came to know that the reviews are not very good on the internet. Could someone please advise me if it is wise to invest with them?
More specifically, I would like to know about the “Sangam” project near the Sai baba ashram in Whitefield, that they are building. They claim that the project is backed by Bank of Maharashtra. Is it really so?
Are there any legal issues with the land they are constructing the building on?

It is not at all wise decision to buy into DS max projects, infact only fools end up buying DX Max projects as the builder is highly unprofessional, has left previous projects uncompleted and asked flat owners to build the last 5-10% themselves.
