Unishire Atrium

I have booked a 2BHK in Unishire Atrium in Apr’13. I have been facing numerous issues from the builder:

1. Misleading customers:

At time of booking, they promise that they will entertain minor modifications, but later they wont pick your call and won’t respond to your mails.

They have promised 2 borewells and 2 lift, but have not followed up on it till date.

2. Project Delay:

Project delivery was promised in Oct’14. Project has been stalled 2-3 times for 2 weeks to 2 months in past 1 year. Most importantly, no one from management will be there to provide information.

3. Ignoring and Mistreating Customers:

I have been following up with Unishire CRM for past 5 months to do some minor modifications. They keep ignoring your calls and mails and will never commit to anything. They will give reasons like technical feasibility. If you prove its feasible they will come back with come weird reasons.

Finally, if you take out time and try confronting them for an answer they will give reasons like they have recently framed a policy to not entertain modification (since they are learning and have completed just 1 project in past).

I am writing this to make people aware of practices by Unishire and clarify these before investing.
