Campan valley Varthur or Kanakshree Layour Hennur ?

We are planning to get a plot and eventually construct a house.I am confused if Campan Valley in Varthur is a better choice or Kanakshree Layout in Hennur. Can you please help us with this

This would depend on locational preferences if you ask me. Have personally been to Campan Valley and found it to be quite appealing in terms of the project vision, amenities and how it has been thought out… From the other projects coming up around in Varthur, I do see it developing big time. However, since this is probably the biggest item you will spend on in life…I suggest you please do ample research and then make an informed choice.
