Hi, Last week i visited the place with family. it was near to main road and having 50 feet tar road. Location wise its good. I came to know from marketing team developers are not new in construction and they are from different companies. I don’t mind whether the new or old developers but only the thing is i need quality construction.  price also good as per the locality. Not yet booked but want to explore few more days in this locality to get good deals.

Hi i work for Wipro . this project is hardly 600 mtrs from my office.yesterday Me and my husband went to see the project it was good we liked  the location. So we finally decided to go with 2bhk flat. Probably next week Wednesday we planned to block a flat on 2nd Floor.

Does this property have bank approvals, I called LIC and they said they don’t have. A bit concerned as the builder is new.

Hi ,  After seeing Rajiv’s message again  i visited and enquired with them regarding bank approval, it seems they iniated for approval process in all the banks. Even they showed me receipt for the same. I thought after approval only i will be booking flat. I will update you soon with Banks approval information. Meanwhile thanks to Rajiv,Sowjanya,sandeep and abhineet for sharing valuable information. If you have information rearding this project please share here  it may help someone .

They are new developers. But price seemed to be very good considering the location.  I have booked 2 flats there and also asked them to mention on the receipt that they will refund full amount in case of any legal discrepancy. They have also given me the legal documents which I am getting verified by a local civil lawyer. I hope within 15-20 days, the verification process will be complete. So far it’s a good interaction with the developers. They are also willing to modify the internal floor plan as per our suggestions. Will keep you all posted.
