I booked one flat in Samruddhi. They have not yet got complete approval [sanction blueprint].  Initially they said they got all approvals and I can go for loan immediately. Noe they saying it will take some time. I will be flying out of country for 2-3 years. Please suggest if I should go ahead or if you have any idea on ots approval plan. BBMP approval number is mentioned but I am not able to find details about it. Anysuggestion would be really helpful.
