hi harsha…. I have purchased a 3 bhk apartment in prestige ferns residency. although the current rate is 5800 but I got a good deal in resale where I got a rate of 5100. after I bought! I noticed that there a small graveyard near to this property. although the apartment which I have purchased is very far from graveyard (around 500 ft or more) as the same is on the other side…ie tower 15, but if one look at surroundings very minutely,,,it may have little view of graveyard. do you think that this impacts the appreciation in the property. or if I am looking for end use …is there any concern. if yes, please let me know if I should look to sell it….thanks
