I checked the existing and completed projects from this builder and was convinced about the quality.

Please help me if any of you have faced issues/concerns?

Had visited the site on last weekend and revised plans/elevations looks impressive. Clubhouse will be in Phase II (when it is going to happen is a question mark). Excavation is going on.. Any one booked the flat over there? Your feedback will help me decide further on this
