I am also planning to book a flat in VS Sai Ashraya. Yes there is a line between the two blocks, but as you mentioned they have left sufficient open space for this. They have agreed to give CC, OC etc so it seems there should not be any legel issue because of the line.

Anybody there who already booked a flat in this project. And is there any group or forum of the people who already booked there?

After cheking for last few days I am almost decided to book a flat in VS Sai Ashraya. If everything goes fine may be i will book in this week. After booking I can verify the documents from lawyer. Also they promised CC and OC. But regarding the reputaion of the builder still I am not able to find much informations. If anyone have any information pls share. I am buying the flat for end use and not for investment.
