we need feedback on Nirman Sonesta iWoods project at bellandur. this porject is close ORR but we have following concerns:

Last weekend, I visited iwoodss with my three friends and we see below concerns:
1. Yamalur road to iwoods is pathetic and driving two wheelers after 7pm is very scary. Road is narrow and you have to very very careful when passing the village. We work in OMR and we have to take this road on daily basis.
2. Lot of fake promise given by builder for previous two projects. We enquire Meadows owners and they gave negative feedback on construction quality, 40 ft road fake promise, cracks and leakage issues..
3. We went 1km after iWoods and we saw some burial places. IWoods is surrounded by slum and we dont think it will improve in next 5 years.
4. I dont think you can use car daily because temple road is very narrow. If village see more cars in future thry might even block temple entry. I am not sure of alternative route. during peak hours 200 hours has to pass via narrow temple road and only one car can pass through that road.
5. Bellandur ground water is so populated and iWoods is on polluted lakebed.
6. developer is claiming 1.75 acres of free space but we could not see at site. block a,b,c,d are so congested and there were little space between buildings.

7. we could not see this project on SBI approved projects. is it really approved by SBI?
