2 -3 BHK in Bangalore
Hi I’m looking to buy an apartment in Bangalore. I don’t have long term plans to stay here permanently so looking for an investment purpose. However, I would ideally want the construction period to be less (upto 1 year or 1.5 year max so that I can save on my current rent). The areas I’m looking for are North and East Bangalore as they would be near to me and my spouse’ current work location (manyata tech park) and whitefied. I’m looking for a buget of less than 30 lakhs but won’t mind to increase it by another 5-10 lakhs if I’m getting the aparment from a premium builder. Please let me know your suggestions.

Concorde group has most of the projects around e-city and one in sarjapur road. Actually, I’m not interested in that area.
