I am looking to buy a 3 bhk property for self use in a range of 80-90 lacs. I am looking for under construction, so that I can move in 1-2 years span. Considering that I work in whitefield, I narrowed down below projects :

1) Purva Waves 3 bhk approx 90-95L

2) Salarpuria East Crest 3 bhk approx 80-85 L

3) Brigade Buena Vista 3 bhk approx 85L

Could ypu please advice, which one of the above would be a sensible investment. If none, could you please advice any other property with Cat A builder. Looking forward foryour reply.
