873 Sq Ft or 1110 Sq Ft

Dear Harsha, Trust you are doing great.

My Name is Manoj and am a resident of Bangalore.

I have a (30*40 sq ft) plot in North Bangalore taking at least 2 years to completely develop (buildable) and I have plans of building a house there. Besides I have finalized to take up a Flat in Ramky One North.

Now I am confused to take-up a 873 Sq Ft or 1110 Sq Ft (differential amount nearly 8 Lakhs) since moving forward after 5 or 6 years I want to build and move to this Duplex house.

My Second concern is since these are High Rice apartments will buying a flat in 3rd floor lead to lesser natural lights?

Thanks for your time in advance

Thanks for your question. From what I can understand the flat will be an investment but you plan to actually build your own house, but then would you have the right amount of finance to build your dream home when some of your money is blocked? If you are looking at rental income for the future and both the dimensions you refer to are 2 BHK then you can definitely go for the smaller one and keep the ‘extra’ amount for the house you finally plan to move to.

3rd Floor should be fine, but then you need to see the overall masterplan and how are the other towers placed with respect to the individual unit that you want to choose, select one that has the most distance to other constructions.
