Any reviews or comments about Abodh Valmark project near Nagwara junction?

Its ready to move in with decent availability … any issues with the project for not being sold out yet?

The prices being quoted in 4100/sq ft. Is it worth for this area ?

I am one of the buyer of Abodh Valmark.I have booked it recently 1 week back and the flats seemed ok with Ready to move in.It is approved by SBI.

Hi,

I’ve been searching for properties in and around manyata tech. park areas. I checked out Abodh Valmark. I see quite a few residents already living there, but haven’t seen reviews / comments from any one. Neighborhood looked like slum area. I saw the O.C and i’m told it is BBMP ‘A’ khata. I didn’t get to see the khata document though ..

Waiting to hear comments from residents..
