I have heard that BM Pristine is now rebranded as The Pristine and a new management has taken over the project, have taken it upon themselves and have sorted all issues. How far is this news true, because I visited this property 6 months back and I liked it because of the location. My office is in Sigma Tech Park, Varthur and for daily commute it makes a lot of sense. Can someone confirm this piece of news for me?

Hi Rajiv,
I too had the same question, so I called up their sales department, spoke to a sales person named Stalin. He told me that Pristine has been taken over by Sai Purva builders due to some issues with the old builder, all that has been sorted now. I hope you find this answer useful.
