I personally went by something like 1st/10th cross of somasundara palya.

the smell from the BBMP garbage yard is horrible.

I am not sure if this smell is reachable to this project, just try visiting it on a rainy night.

If the smell is reachable, which i believe is more probable, better stay away from it.
