I recently visited their site, and they are offering a good rate which is 4400 psqft for 3BHK apartment coming in their Phase 3. I am really impressed with the location and the quality of construction. along with this lot of SEZs are there and upcoming. Is it really worth a buying in this Project ?. I know there are some negative news and issues are there like Land title is not cleared and they are taking lot of time to give the possesion… Should I go with this or look to other Property.
