I am living in US. I booked Adarsh palm Acres apartment in Bangalore. I have visited some Adarsh projects and the word of mouth is that their quality is super good. Money is tight for all builders with the economy not doing well. In many places there have been unsold lots for months. But in Adarsh they have been totally sold out. In fact in feel that theirs are the best in the price range and nothing can be compared to their architecture.
I have been closely following the construction and many assure me that it will get completed within this year end. I have had friends who have not got their possession even after 2 years. I am willing to wait for a great construction.
And Guys I wish know your Opinions About this project.

I am not sure about palm acres but I have invested in palm retreats and am happy with it. There have been some issues but it has been sorted out. They have sold over 50 acres to RMZ and they are building a big tech park. I have also scouted the schools like New Horizon nearby and am waiting for it. In fact issues happen to every builder and it’s something we do not know about. Even reputed builders like Sobha and mantra have delayed projects. I have a colleague in their Palm meadows Whitefield and he has been very happy about his home.

Adarsh is the best on construction quality and better than all these big time builders like prestige, purvankara etc. I have been living in Adarsh vista and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am sure that any problem would be sorted and they are very open and friendly. During the buying process, the marketing team was with us all the time. I felt safe investing my heard earned money with them.
