Metro phase 2 is reaching Kadugodi ; Expected complition time is 2017.  Not sure where will be the station.

it seems to be good one. yes they may come down to 2500. any body booked here? whitefield metro stn is the last stn. and it is 1 km from this project.

I have gone for one of the flats in that project.  The last phase, Keria, which is getting completed by March 2014 as per them.  Would like to know few customers who have booked any flat in this project.  Pls do buzz me.  The marketing people are unwilling to share the contact details of other customers who have purchased the same.

I have booked a 2 BHK with 1110 SFT Flat in Adithya Pristine , they have quoted Rs2700/- per SFT, over all the project is good and felt like worth for the price paid, with all the taxes and registration it came up to Rs3800000/- , the construction work is also going very fast and i did a lot of enquiry going to all their previous completed projects and got good feedback , they have 3 own borewell and other builders also borrowing water from them, i am not that sure on the material used for construction ,but over all i am satisfied with Amenities.
