Advice needed on 3 property comparison

Hi all,
i Have shortlisted 3 properties 1) HM Nimbus 2) Chartered Beverly Hills and 3) Sobha Aspire. My rimary requirement is a property near Metro and green space. I find that Nimbus is good location wise. Can anyone comment. Please advise. Feedback on builders also please. Since 2 of the three are already read, i will not have tde delay issue also.

Does HM nimbus or world city have car parking and piped gas connection now? i see from google maps that they don’t have road infront of the apartment. They told that HM nimbus was completed and ready to move. i am trying to buy this apartment for my parents to live and i would appreciate any insight. Thanks.

HM Nimbus is already sold out and people are living there happily.
Now they have come up with HM Scottsville new luxury apartments near off sarjapura road, the next hub for things to be happening around.

HM Group have constructed many apartment complexes. One of the main issue with them is long delay in project completion. They will promise many things but never bother to respect their promises. They will treat the clients very unprofessionally and Unethically, once you made the full payment. I have booked one apartment in HM Worldcity and there was delay of 2 years in registering the apartment. They never gave the promised amenities and now we do not even know when they will provide all of them. They promised a big club house and took money from all of us. Even after 4 years of occupancy, they have never started the club house construction. Same with piped gas connection, car parking, road infront of the apartment. You can see the similar experience from the people who booked apartment from their other projects also. Stay away from them, if you want peace of mind. HM worldcity was supposed to be in three phases. Do you see any ads for HM Worldcity phase 2? no. Because they have changed the name of phase 2 as HM Sepia /Nimbus. Why? Because people know that these cheats have screwed the customers. They advertise this second phase showing pictures by removing 3 huge 14 floor towers of phase 1 as not existing. Becareful and run away as far as possible from these Hanif and Mehboob (HM) brothers.

HM have not completed road. Most of the amenities which they promised about 5 years ago for phase1 are still not fulfilled. There are ethical issues, like running their own maintenance, without giving accounts, misusing funds, not meeting BDA and other dept requirements (there is no Completion certificate even after 4 years+), they are least concerned about security and safety of residents, there is water problem, no STP, …
so advice to check other properties
