Advise on ‘Max Spoorthi’

Hello Harsh,

I found your site to be very informative.

I am planning to buy a flat preferably in North of Bangalore and I found difficult affording in Prestige Wellington, however there is a new builder named “Max Spoorthi” building about 64 apartments in north Bangalore (Vidyaranyapura) coating 3000. They were initially into converting lands into plot and now gotten into construction business. Please can you advice me if it’s worth to invest. This is purely for residing and not investment of lettingout.

Hi Manoj, BGT is still work in progress, neither the price nor the official launch dates have been confirmed. Also it will take a long time for it to be ready and this apartment is located far from Max Spoorthi, though I believe the neighboring locality of BGT might improve, the time is still far off. Of course brand value is important but then you are the best person to make the right choice…

Hi Manoj,

If it is for your own purpose then you should go ahead. Just make sure that Max developers will deliver whatever they may promise, its best to check a copy of the agreement for sale, approved plan and get legal advice. All the best.

Dear Sir,

Thanks a ton for your expertised response. It’s really appreciative.

I have my 3.5 year old Son going to a school in Vidhyaranyapura and my complete family is settled in North Bangalore. I see a lot of advantages buying the apartment  Max Spoorthi (Vidhyaranyapura).

However, ever since I have come across the pre-launch of Brigade Golden Triangle, I am sort of fascinated with the brand and getting inclined towards it every day.

I know it’s a very weird query, but please can you advise if it’s really worth taking the risk of changing school or I shouldn’t be giving so much of importance to the brand Brigade. I am also seeing from my son’s upbringing point of view, no offences please.
