Hi, I own a plot at AISHWARYA GRAND HILL. By now, all owners realized it is right next to the DUMP YARD.  Did not know before buying it. No appreciation for the past 4 years. Now, big projects ex. Prestige Tranquility etc are coming closeby. Is it worth keeping this land or better sell it off? Please advise
