Just did some background verification. It looks like the process started since 2002. Now is 2012 and at any time if someone visit the site he will see max of around 20 odd laborers doing the job for such a huge project. This has been my observation for the past month and verified from my friends who live in Purav manor appartment nearby who hardly sees any construction activity daily.  The local, nearby  shops can be a good source of info as well. The marketing team will say blah blah blah but fact is probably they do not have the fund to go on with a full pace construction.  Hopefully I will not go for the booking. They have also earned a very bad name in their Alpine Eco project. In fact I bumped upon a detailed report of Alpine Eco project and the resident’s testimonials which are not very encouraging for potential Alpine investors. That’s why you need a good name from your past projects, else customers like me will be scared away for sure. Best of luck for people who already did the booking.
