I am impressed with their developments and documents. But being late visitor to their project, I could not get east facing plot.   Is your plot is east facing? What is the price per sft you paid?

I have invested in ANISH CALIEDA-2 plots, few months ago. But I think COMMONWEALTH is the Best one. Impressed with huge project DESIGNED BY RSP.
But they sell only Villa, no plot. Need to check on my budget. I would have blindly invested, if they would have launched COMMON WELATH before CALIEDA.
If bank gives 95% funding , I would be happy
