Anish Palms is the best project by Anish Projects. Launched at Rs. 750/-per sft. Investors received 100% appreciations within 2 yrs. It is completely developed project. I want to recommend

But I think there is any plot left out with builder… Are you purchasing from investor? Investor now charging Rs.1500/-sft. I also visited their Anish Calieda. I am impressed with that Projects developments and documents. But being late visitor to their project, I could not get east facing plot. Did you get east facing plot. Could you please share contact no

I have invested in ANISH CALIEDA-2 plots, few months ago. But I think COMMONWEALTH is the Best one. Impressed with huge project DESIGNED BY RSP.
But they sell only Villa, no plot. Need to check on my budget. I would have blindly invested, if they would have launched COMMON WELATH before CALIEDA.
If bank gives 95% funding , I would be happy
