I am the investor of ANSIH PALMS, near Chintamani Road, Hoskote. When I Purchased it was Rs750/-sft. Now people are asking for Rs.2000/- sft as resale. I am happy with their development too. When I invested my wife used to say it is like jungle and no other developer’s layout is present in that area.

Now my wife is very happy on my investment at ANISH PALMS. Now near Hoskote, Chintamani Road other developer also have come, but surprised, without any development, they do charge Rs.1500/-sft. Any ways my family is happy now,i.e after 2 yrs of my investment.

I have visisted COMMONWEALTH Too. I guess this will be one among the best in Banglore. More than 50 acre open space, Golf, cricket stadium, 9 acre for clubhouse amenites. Wah.. Planning to go for 2 villas at COMMONWEALTH. And this time my family is with my decisionJ

I have invested in ANISH CALIEDA-2 plots, few months ago. But I think COMMONWEALTH is the Best one. Impressed with huge project DESIGNED BY RSP.
But they sell only Villa, no plot. Need to check on my budget. I would have blindly invested, if they would have launched COMMON WELATH before CALIEDA.
If bank gives 95% funding , I would be happy
