This builder competes with Namma Metro for completion and I am sure it would beat even them in delivering.

It has still not completed the project casa serene, and the residents are suffering for last 1-2 years.

Pratham has launched another project Casa Urbana @ Yeshwanthpura, and I am sure this would be another disaster; ideally, any 2.5 lac Sq Ft project should not take more than 2 years to complete,  this builder has taken 6 years to complete the first project casa serene.

I am a resident here and I know the true story of Pratham Constructions Company!
