Any idea about this project / Builder?
I got a mail for a pre launch offer but not very sure of the builder.
Details are as follows:
Location – Hoodi circle
Total Area – 7.5acres
No of Flats – 360 units G+4 Floors
Price – 4150/sft
Types of Flats – 1,2,3,4bhks
Size – 716sft-2000sft
Excepted Launch – March 2014
Location Advantages – Near Euro School ,Marathahalli 7 km, Cosmos mall 3 km, Keys Hotel 2km, Beside Aerospace Systems, Opposite to GE Energy

Hi Vikas,
I am planning to book a flat in gold fields. I made a few inquiries about the builder – seems to be OK – they are a mid range builder – but a member of Credai(which may be a +ve point).
Location is good with connectivity, just behind the main road.
