its not worth purchasing…., the property is in dispute between land owner and the builder,

it was expected to be competed by march, but still the building itself has not come up …

work is totally stopped halted at the site, worker himself has tols this to me, and in money matters these people are very bad, dont even pay a single rupee untill u get the legal documents clarified, spread this to all ppl who want to purchase this property.

I bought a flat on Block A with a commitment from GM, sunil mantri group for getting it ready for delivery by 2013 end. During Agreement time there was no clarity on possession and dates given were really weird. I keep visit site and try to understand for delay on my block. everytime new reasons and un favorable response.

on my visit in the month of MAY 2013, getting a shoking news : the complete sales and project team is been sacked by new GM ???? i had a sitting with Mr. MIR, New GM and instead of giving a word of assurance he made it clear he cant deliver my flat not even 2015.

I have already paid them 36L and now i am so much confussed to pay then any addition penny without they send me project progress report. My wife and me try to reach top officials but no reach. SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER CARE WE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN ENTIRE LIFE.

I am wondering, is there any forum who can help me to reach to right person who will understand my grievance and address my issues with Sunil Mantri’s construction.

Yesterday, I got a demand letter from them for another 13L where there is no progress happened since last 5 months. dont know how to respond this issue.

please help any one address this issue !

Dispute between the land owner and builder seems to be settled in December 2012. Still the progress is very very slow.

Be extra cautious if you are planning to buy apartment from this builder. They have two projects in Bangalore called Premero and Royale. Both are delayed beyond reason. There are consumers who started booking apartment from 2009. There are around 5 consumer court cases which are going on or settled related to this project only.

They promise to complete the apartment in 18 months. They started the construction in 2010 April. They should have completed the project of 7 floors by 2012 atleast. Still they have not completed the project. If any are planning to buy in this project despite above comments check the agreement with your lawyer and add an exit clause.
