I have already booked a flat in Adithya Elixir….had actually wanted to book in SJR Avalon, but this seemed better. They have another building being built in BEML layout (Adithya Soigne), which is very good. Based on that, I have bought this. Hope it turns out as well as Soigne.

I visited three of their projects, construction quality looks good. Builder is trying to make a name for himself. I liked their plans and the fact that they have “no common walls”. Location looks good (next to alpine eco). I’m planning to book!

Pros:-
Location looks good (with Avalon, Unity) also coming up – prices ll shoot up in few yrs
No common walls
Lesser apartments means, easier for association to manage
Within 1 acre, he is providing decent amenities
They claim 0% deviation
Cons:-
Bit overpriced (considering builder is relatively new)
Construction is currently delayed by month or 2…

I and my friend have booked the flat in adithya elixir. I found place is good and near to the working place. So far it is going good. 🙂
It seems 2 bhk flats left are very less now.
Does any body knows about landowner shares ? is he selling his flats ?

Marketing team is quoting – 3050 (negotiable)
I have booked a flat in adithya soigne. Their construction quality is good but had done some structural mistakes in few flat. overall its ok.
Romil : I am too interested in booking flat with them but want to know is loan avaialbale on this property and if yes from which bank. Has anyone of you taken any loan from some bank .

Hi All,
Today evening I went to the site and observed that half of the ground floor slab done, and rest half will be done within 2-3 days.Looks , everything is on track.
Luckily I met Kiran too and cleared my doubt about the DUCT area and one of our group member’s doubt about the height of each flat ceiling ( 9’9″ ).

I don’t have more idea about this constructors….But I observed that same name there are two constructors in Bangalore
The conflicts are
- website – For the first teamhttp://www.adithyaconstructions.coand for the second teamhttp://www.adithyaconstructions.com (only difference is one is ending with com and another with co )
- Projects – Two projects are same for both- ADITHYA ELIXIR & ADITHYA SOIGNE
- Mobile No. – The first 8 digit are same for both(888 440 44). For one team the last two digits end with 01, 02,03 and for the other team it is 16,17,18
NB:- I called in a number ending with 16 for Adithya’s Sollievo project they told me all the projects are sold-out, then I called in 03 they told me projects are available. But I am totally confused, how can we trust these builders???
