I see of so called “luxury apartments” but what is sooo luxury about it when nothing is of your choosing or something designed uniquely for you??

Prices range all the way from 70 lakhs to 5 cr these days.

Yes, I do agree it did become an easier option either in terms of investment or settlement home as you dont have to run around finding a location for a site/land, paper verifications, registration hassle, going to one architect for drawings.. and then running behind a contractor for completing as per the plan! —– that’s a pain. And nothing can change that.

But what all that was actually taken care of and there’s only one office you walk in to, talk to only one person and he handles it all the way from your first “Hello” on call to “Sir/Madam, here’s the key to your new home”. Also what if the same was at a cost thats not really as high as you thought it could be. Would you go for that?? – Consider this as a poll, you can also pool in your ideas thoughts etc. But, for those who are interested in something like that, feel free to contact me.
