Apartments in Mahadevpura

Hi All,

We are considering to buy an apartment,in mahadevpura, which is either newly build or under construction now.

Can you please share your thoughts/opinions about

Nester Harmony, Durga Rainbow, Heritage plaza, etc or any other good apartments there which is under 60 L?

How is the water availability in these areas? And resale options?
