I recently came across an advert for Ardente Pine Grove (Sarjapur Rd Total Mall front parking lot) and checked out their web site. Plans and overall design looks impressive and location seems to be good – but what about the reputation and reliability of this builder?

Has anyone come across this builder before and what projects it has executed before? In general, is this a good option for staying with family?
