Hello Sir,

I just sawa flat for resale in Arun Shelters in Jakkur. The place is well lit and has a good built-up area.

I have also booked in Shriram Greenfield with lesser carpet area .Now, I am in a confusion which to book.The first one is resale.The price quoted for both is more or less the same.

The first one being 6 years old, stand chances of having issues than the newer one. I am in a confusion on whcih to book.Will a resale flat have chances of being sold after say 15 years
