Hi,
I am interested to know about the builder ‘ashish builders’ and the property ashish jk appartment,
which is an ongoing project at Thubarahalli, near marathahalli. Any one booked any flats there.?
Harsha, can you suggest me whether it is a good option to invest in this project.? They are asking around 40k (inclusive everything)for the 2 bhk appartment.

Hi Guys, iam interested in this project..right now they are quoting 3100 psft. they are saying that they have 4 completed projects but i couldnt see any reviews about them in the net..have you guys inquired any thing about this builder?
the big plus for this project is closer to all the companies in orr and also the connectivity is very good.

Builder is not building the swimming pool and clubhouse according to the plan he is showing in the sites and booklets . Instead of that a transformer yard and septic tank is constructed , so beware of such cheap things ….

People staying in Ashish JK Apartment, please provide feedback about the quality of construction, builder and any other detail. I am planning to book flat in this project.

construction quality is not bad, builder is also good. There are some small issues I heard regarding electrical wiring, and crack in wall etc., but I think many of the constructions in bangalore is having such issues. The approach road is the main issue, still not yet resolved, it may resolve I think, but will take time. Water also a problem in this area, running on water tankers from outside.
