I had bought a 3bhk in asset alcazar. It’s around 1.8kms from the main road but the area is developing and construction work from other builders is also in progress.

Can you tell me how much the builder is charging you for VAT and Service tax? I purchased the property during May 2013 and after preparing the agreement, builder is asking me to pay some additional 87K for increase in VAT and Service TAX. Am not sure whether there is any increase in the tax rules as per government or builder is asking by fraud. Did you also faced such issues? Can you also give me your contact number so that we can communicate for anything related to such issues during possession?
