Hi,
I have visited Aswani Sitara project site and saw the model flat. I liked it and is interested to
buy 3 BHK. This seems to be Aswani’s first apartment project. In this regard, I have few questions to
ask
(i) Builder Reputation
(ii) Location( in terms of appreciation in future)
(iii) Possibility of getting a tenant and rent

Hi..
I had seen this project few months back. The way they have designed the apartments is really awesome. Hard to believe 3 Bhk approx 700 sft could be that much spacious. I have seen several projects in that locality, Sitara is quite impressive. They have completed villas in Hosur too.
If you are worried about legality etc.. You must see their legal documents, specially approval plan. Must visit the construction area also to check the quality, since its low budget house. These all will solve your query about builders reputation. As per their sales team, Project is approved by nationalized banks as well, so there should not be any problem.Definitely with big builders, you have to pay the price for their reputation too.
Any project near to Karnataka Housing Board projects will fetch good appreciation. Connectivity seems good for this project.In future metro station will be 3 to 4 km from this project.
Industrial areas in 5 km surrounding in that locality and IT companies in electronic city will be sufficient to get tenants for rent.
Another advantage of Hosur road area, there is no ground water problem as you have in north Bangalore.
