Hi,
I am planning to book a flat in balaji Sapthagiri Towers , varthur, east bangalore.
Name of builder is Balaji Shelters.
They have quoted me 2800/sq ft.
Please let me know the present rate in that area so that i try to negotiate with them further.
Also is the builder trustworthy?
If anyone has booked please pour in your thoughts.
Help would be highly appreciated.

Hope you doing well,even I have booked a flat in the sapthagiri towers with the balaji builders, and my flat will be ready for the possession sooner by the end of the month
I am being assisted by Srinivas or srinu the builder person from balaji unit and the work is as per the commitment is going good
The builder is trustworthy and they have various other properties across.
Matter is the road as it is yet to be connected and developed well and the deal u made is same as for me

I have visited the saptagiri towers recently, and was in touch with Srinu. I am looking for purchasing it for myself.
I believe that you bot stay in the apartment already. Are the documents (A Khata, CC, OC )clear for this project? Any there any problem in this project. Is water available 24/7?
